The Best Way To Get Exercises During Quarantine




We have to stay at home every day to protect us during quarantine. We can’t go out and play basketball or soccer or other exercises. That’s not good for health. So what can we do? Here are three exercises. We can do these at home and they are all good for our health. Let’s see.
The first one is the sit-up. It’s easy to do. First, you have to lie on a yoga mat. Then bend your legs and get up. You have to do the sit-up more than twenty times a day. Teenagers have to do it more than fifty times a day. That’s good for health.
The second exercise is Burpee. This is a hard one. Jump up and clap your hands over head, and then do a push-up. Only young people can do this exercise because it will hurt your  knees so the old people can’t do this. Push-up requires strength, so it’s hard for kids too. If you feel really tired, you can just clap your hands over head, or just do the push-up. These are all really good exercise.
The third one is yoga. Yoga is a graceful exercise. Everyone can do it. All you need is a yoga mat. You have to hold a position while you are doing yoga. Most of time, yoga is easy to do. So I often do yoga on weekend. Yoga is good for health too.
All in all, we can do these exercises at home during the quarantine. We'd better not go out these days. So exercising at home is a really good choice. Let’s do exercises now!
